Minimal dust, reduced noise — ideal for injection and blow molding beside the press.
Staggered 180 mm (LS 18) or 300 mm (LS 30) diameter rotor driven by a direct-coupled geared motor. Specially profiled rotor knives maintain a constant cutting radius after re-sharpening — no knife adjustment required. Quick-snap fastening system opens the machine for cleaning without tools. Available with sound-absorbing hoppers, base frames, blower systems, and suction bins for integration with injection molding machines and robots.

Completely soundproofed central granulator — quiet enough for any production floor.
Full soundproof enclosure with V-cut rotor technology in 300 mm, 500 mm, and 700 mm diameters, widths from 300 mm to 1400 mm. Controls, electrical cabinet, drive motor, and hydraulics are all integrated into the sound-dampening housing. Rotor and stator knives are pre-set externally using a supplied fixture — no awkward internal adjustments. C 30 for beside-the-press inline use; C 50 as a small central granulator; C 70 for large injection/blow-molded parts and film.

Extremely quiet inline granulator for voluminous blow-molded parts.
Tangential cutting chamber with curved back wall ensures aggressive ingestion of voluminous parts while preventing blockages. Available in 250 mm (F-type open rotor) and 400 mm (S-type heavy rotor) diameters, widths from 300 mm to 1000 mm. Sound-dampening hoppers and replaceable wear plates standard. Low feeding height suits both hand and conveyor feeding. Knives adjusted externally to minimize downtime.

Multiple V-cut rotor designs in 300 mm, 500 mm, and 700 mm diameters, widths from 300 mm to 1400 mm. Completely welded cutting chamber with aggressive tangential infeed. Quick and easy cutting chamber access for knife, screen, and maintenance work. E 30 for small thin-walled hollow parts; E 50 for bigger hollow parts; E 70 as a central granulator for voluminous materials. High-quality regrind regardless of material type.

Central granulators for the most demanding plastic size reduction applications.
Welded heavy-steel construction with oversized rotor shafts, bearings, and knife mounts. Rotor diameters from 350 mm to 1100 mm, widths from 500 mm to 2400 mm. V-cut rotor creates high-quality regrind with minimal fines. Removable deflector wedge acts as a third stator blade and allows fast aggressivity adjustment. Outboard bearings prevent contamination. H 110 series can grind large thick-walled parts to granule in a single pass. Optional hard-facing and wear-resistant steel for abrasive materials.

Feed long pipes and profiles easily — no pre-cutting, no platforms required.
Angled, nearly level feeding hopper accepts long pipes and profiles without pre-cutting or feeding platforms. Rotor diameters from 560 mm to 700 mm, widths from 500 mm to 1400 mm. Specially angled rotor automatically pulls fed material into the cutting chamber and regulates intake volume. Anti-blockage design: if material backs up, the machine stops feeding until the chamber clears, then resumes automatically. Hydraulically opened hopper with outboard bearings prevents contamination.

High-speed disc pulverizer for fine powder grinding of PVC, PE, and friable plastics.
Disc diameters from 300 mm to 800 mm. Material is fed through the center of a fixed disc and ground against a high-speed rotating disc — centrifugal force carries powder through the grinding area to a blower and cyclone collection system. Automated cooling system monitors and controls material temperature. Vibrating dosing channel auto-adjusts feed rate based on motor amperage. Available with one-piece or segmented tool-steel grinding discs. Integrates with shredder-granulator lines for complete recycling systems.
