ZERMA America and Virtus Equipment share the same knife platform — the Virtus A-18 uses the same knives as the ZERMA GSL-180, the A-20 matches the GSL-200, and the A-30 matches the GSL-300. Our granulator rotor knives are precision-ground from hardened D2 tool steel to maintain a sharp cutting edge through high-volume plastic processing cycles. Stator knives and bed knives are manufactured to OEM tolerances so they seat correctly against the rotor without shimming or adjustment. We stock a wide range of knife configurations including block knives, backing plate knives, and crown cutter knives for specialty applications.
